- Develop and implement Project Quality Plans (PQP) and Quality Inspection Plans (QIP) based on contract specifications.
- Manage QA/QC resources, including manpower, equipment, and infrastructure, as per project needs.
- Monitor project quality performance, ensuring activities meet budget and critical success factors.
- Oversee execution of quality inspection plans and ensure compliance with construction/manufacturing standards.
- Coordinate with clients to address quality-related queries and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure proper document control and availability of updated codes/specifications.
- Manage non-conformance processes, including CARs/PARs, and monitor rejection and rework costs.
- Support receiving inspections in coordination with procurement/commercial teams.
