Amidst the various divisions of Descon, Manufacturing Division has been offering high-class fabricated equipment for projects within Middle East, Central Asia, Far East and North Africa for the last three decades. We are engaged in a wide range of activities that touch the most basic and far advanced aspects of various Industries such as Oil & Gas, Power, Alternate Energy, Petrochemicals, Fertilizer, and Water & Desalination Industry. Today, Descon has established itself as a leading supplier of process equipment & boilers to Operators, Global EPC contractors and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) across the globe.

To meet global industrialization we have developed Integrated Project management approaches to ensure worthy project executions by following best practices in Engineering, Planning, Procurement and QHSE. Our manufacturing strength is complimented with global technological alliances for specialized equipment. Integrated customized management systems ensure cross functional monitoring of the processes and timely delivery of the goods. Use of quality management system also assures quality at each step of the planning, design, fabrication and production phases.

Our client base has grown to include owners/operators, EPC companies OEMs, OICs from Oil & Gas, Chemical & Petrochemical, Fertilizer and Power sectors to the Sugar, Cement and Textiles sectors. To-date, Descon has provided over 134 boilers, with cumulative steam production of more than 5000 tons per hour, over 1100 pressure vessels (columns, drums, separators etc.), 500 heat exchangers, 450 storage tanks and over 100,000 tons of steel structure.

Catering to the world’s increasing energy demand we have also developed expertise in wind towers and become pioneers in wind tower fabrication. Descon added a feather in its cap by delivering the first 49.5 MW Wind Tower in Pakistan. Over a period of five years, Descon has completed 115 Towers accompanying various projects.

We are authorized to produce ASME certified equipment (A, PP, S, U and U2 stamps). Additional certifications include “R Stamp” issued by National Board of Boiler and Pressure vessel inspectors and CE marking (specifically for European Region).

The Manufacturing Division also provides After Market services for products manufactured by Descon and other OEMs at the customer’s plant sites. Our services for boilers include process studies, efficiency enhancement, and parts replacements. Other than boiler services we repair and retrofit static equipment, re-tube, and replace complete bundles. Burner replacement for boilers, furnaces, and flares, process internal supply, replacement and supply of spare parts, gaskets bolts and plugs etc. are also a scope that we offer to the market.
