•    Provide technical expertise in developing Construction execution philosophy for brownfield jobs at the proposal stage.
•    Should be able to estimate brownfield jobs with bottom-up technique, including but not limited to calculation of manpower, equipment, tools, Scaffolding, site facilities, Mob-de-mob, and transportation.
•    Should have experience of working on brownfield EPC proposals including construction cost as well as complete estimation.
•    Should understand the challenges of brownfield jobs like SIMOPS, HSE challenges
•    should have a good understanding of maintenance processes during turnarounds
•    Should understand financial KPI’s and budgets as per DEL norms. 
•    Should have a good understanding of project management processes, project monitoring, and control of brownfield projects
•    Should have a good understanding of Brownfield HSE protocols
•    Should have extensive knowledge of oil & gas, petrochemicals, power generation, and large-scale manufacturing processes 
•    Should have extensive knowledge of equipment used in the Oil & Gas industry including Furnace/heaters, Air Fan Coolers pumps, compressors, turbines, phase separators, heat exchangers, reactors, distillation columns, Control Valves, Mechanical Valves, etc.
•    Candidate should have the capability to work in a collaborative team environment and have demonstrated ability to meet stringent deadlines.
•    Should possess practical knowledge and hands-on experience in turnarounds, EPC retrofits, and construction retrofits for brownfield jobs preferably for overseas clients (ADNOC, BOROUGE, etc).
