Maqsood holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, He brings with him a strong and diverse experience of over 24 years with local and multinational organizations. His repertoire of experience covers all key facets of HR including Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Talent Management, Performance Management, Organizational Development, Digitization, Operational Excellence, Learning, Diversity, Employee Engagement, Industrial Relations, HR Automation and restructuring including mergers and acquisitions.

He gained his learnings from brands like KIA, K-Electric, Pfizer Pakistan Limited. His last assignment was with a young start-up KIA Lucky Motors as Chief People Officer where he established the HR function - introduced and implemented HR policies and best practices. 

Maqsood Ali has joined Descon as President Human Resources and reports to the CEO of Descon Engineering Limited.
