Mobilizing over 3000 manpower, Descon Engineering has recently completed Turnaround for National Refinery Limited (Fuel & ISBL Refinery Units) , Pakistan’s second largest refinery in terms of crude oil processing facilities. The project was awarded to Descon Engineering in October 2021, and the execution began in end December 2021. With a total of 65,000 man-days, Descon delivered the project to the client within the agreed time-span of 14 days.

Descon’s and NRL’s relationship dates back to 1981. NRL showed confidence in Descon’s capabilities when it was in its infancy and was not much known in the engineering world. It was NRL that brought a major recognition to the company as a reliable partner in progress, performing a much complex job with an illustrious profile.

The NRL turnaround 2021-2022 is considered to be the largest TA in Pakistan for the current fiscal year and Descon is proud to have been a part of it.
