QEHS Management System

DPS Integrated Management System (IMS) forms a centralized framework by which we manage QEHS standards across the company operations and maintenance (O&M) activities. Our system is based on the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OSHA & NFPA standards. The hierarchy of the system is comprised of four levels.

Level 1 comprises QEHS Policy signed by CEO having personal ownership from the top.

Level 2 entails IMS Manual having 20 Integrated system & 12 EHS procedures along with the guidelines owned by the departmental Heads. 

Level 3 consists of site-specific detailed work instructions, training plans, monthly/quarterly reports etc. owned by Plant/Operation/Maintenance/Office Managers, Lead /Engineers, Shift Supervisors, Control Room Operators.

Level 4 consists records (SORs) in form of templates, checklists etc.

This robust system not only sets direction but also makes everyone accountable on QEHS matters.
