To develop, monitor, and control the project schedule in Primavera (P6) or Microsoft Project (as per Client’s requirement), Project Budget, and resource requirement plans

Ensure the successful implementation of Descon’s project management systems (PMS) at sites

Manage field engineering and document control

Obtain the approval of the project Schedule and its subsequent revisions as per frequency of mentioned in the Project Contract.

Timely preparation and approval of project budget and its subsequent revisions.

Ensure accuracy of document control system

Share project progress status with the Employer

Share project progress, cost trends, cash flow requirement and project risks with the relevant stakeholders.

Coordinate with HSE in terms of Health, Safety, and environmental issues and monitor the QHSE Plan for the project

Timely preparation of shop drawings and other contractual correspondence
