Responsibilities:

1. Creation & Extension of Item & Service Codes: Regularly create and extend item & service codes in SAP as per the business requirement and due approval from the Divisions.

2. Resolving QM Errors: Timely resolving errors reported by the user in QM.

3. Extension of Item Codes in Different Sales Organizations: Extending item codes to different sales organ.

4. Creation & Extension of Vendors Master Data: Creation, transfer blocking / unblocking of vendors as per the approval and applicable standard operating procedures.

5. Vendors Approval Processing in FIORI: Approval of vendors through FIORI as well as manual updates in vendors master data in accordance to approved FIORI. 

6. BARD Foundation: Bookkeeping and reporting.

7. Insurance Management: Ensure acquisition and processing of Asset & Life Insurance, invoicing, reconciliation and settlements etc.

8. Creation of Sales Material: Regularly create and extend sales material item codes. 

Essential Skills:

- Good understanding of Taxation Regulations i.e. Income & Sales Tax etc.

- Knowledge of forecasting processes and techniques

- SAP knowledge and experience is preferred

- Knowledge of Risk Management

- Knowledge of local applicable regulations
