Scope of the Role:
This position is responsible for providing support to Lead HRBP Corporate in implementation of all Corporate HR initiatives in alignment with the objectives of all businesses, identification of trainings / development exercises, talent management, and employee engagement activities. This position assists HRBP to Manage the entire recruitment and staffing initiatives of Corporate Departments, including support HRBP in DP -1 positions and HR Resources.
Responsibilities:
- Implement local HR strategies within Corporate Division
- Implement and execute HR Operational Plans and Employee Lifecycle Operations
- Facilitate in timely closure of Performance Cycle
- Support HRBP in execution of employee engagement plans
- Perform ad-hoc assignments in relation to Corporate HR when assigned
