Based on project scope of work and design environment, prepare ERD,DCR,  discipline schedule and workflow. Finalize and issue technically correct and quality engineering specifications, prepare resource requirements and work with engineering subcontractors. Finalize correct MTOs and BOQs for materials and constrcution correctly for entire scope. Identity weak areas and take measure to resolve them and propose adeqaute proper trainings. Prepare, monitor and control project budget and invoices. Review and correct basic engineering design of upstream companies, identify and analyze any qaulity lapses and suggest remedial action for imporvement.
