Prepare Matrix to show split of work into zones / areas and disciplines to define responsibilities.
Reviewing WBS and OBS to prepare their mapping.Prepare schedules to purchase Bulk materials, Consumables, machines and Plants as per requirement(s).
Controlling and reporting of Project and Level III plan, anticipate bottlenecks and highlight these to Site Manager.
Ensure that Field Engineers effectively performing their functions of estimating BOM (Bill of Material) and BOQ (Bill of Quantity).
Preparation of fabrication, installation drawings and providing clarification wherever required. Understand the projects chart of accounts and its mapping on to the company’s cost center and closely coordinate with Financial Controller in developing cost reports comparing cost vs. revenue on a cost center basis.
Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management procedures and guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
Ensure the effective achievement of departmental objectives through the leadership–setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal – in order to maximize subordinate and the performance of the section.
