The position is responsible for the implementation of all HR initiatives in alignment with the objectives of Division, identification of training/development exercise, talent management, employee engagement activities, focus on achieving internal equity, and the hiring of competent resources in order to match the respective business current and future needs with the objective to keep the employee engaged in a high performance culture, enabling a learning environment, with the limits of Divisions and Corporate policies and procedures.
