Capable of evaluating, pre qualifying and  handling subcontractors on infrastructure/civil works on mega projects- (Dams/Barrages/Hydro Power)

Have managed subcontractors in the past with values ranging from 100 million to 500 million Pakistani Rupees.

Good awareness of Current market prices and able to perform rate analysis of critical activities/works.  

Awareness of contractual terms and commercial obligations.

Well versed with ERP/SAP environment.

To leads the subco team in executing best practices and measuring performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Negotiating the subcontractors for best prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines

Awareness of Risk management

Keeping abreast of current trends in volatile variables of the supply chain, such as raw material costs, logistics rates, etc 

Looking out for ways to reduce supply chain costs while improving service quality

Awareness of QHSE Standards and COPQ

Apply sooner, the better
