To prepare plans for execution in line with project over all schedule, to critically monitor execution, and to suggest appropriate and timely corrective action for achievement of the project objectives.

Update activates related to his discipline in Level – III plan in close coordination with Discipline In-charge, Planning & FEDC Manager and Construction Manager.

Prepare achievable targets for execution staff from Level – III plan.

Generate 3-months and 4-weeks look ahead schedule for his discipline Bases on updated Level – III plan and work front availability status.

Assist Planning & FEDC Manager in preparation of forecast for materials & equipment according to Level-III plan on quarterly Basis.

Identifies updated requirement of manpower, direct materials, and direct consumable and equipment Bases on 3-months look ahead plan.

Generate discipline-wise progress reports from PCS on daily, weekly, and monthly Basis.

Keeps a close watch on man-hours booking to appropriate cost centers.

Preparation of Monthly and Weekly PCS Report & Manage the contract scope including claims and variations

Develop, monitor, and update the resource-loaded schedule and progress of works in cooperation with other project departments and report its status

Establish and manage the invoicing procedure and supervise its proper implementation
