Recruitment and Staffing:

  1. Workforce planning for the division, interacting with department Heads keeping in view the business needs of the organization.
  2. Internal and external applicants using various tools.
  3. Conduct interviews for grade ‘D’ and above positions and coordinate with corporate HR for selecting resources on critical positions.  
  4. Evaluate external labor market conditions and internal employee turnover trends and assist in forecasting hiring needs.
  5. Managing overall recruitment process.

Performance Management:

  1. Supervise performance appraisal exercises timely
  2. Initiate performance appraisal awareness exercise.
  3. Provide support to queries on performance management system.
  4. Participate in extensive discussions carried out to analyse the promotions being awarded.
  5. Ensure internal equity and overall management of Objective Settings at the start of Performance Period/ Fiscal Year; Mid-Year Review; Year End Evaluation; distribution of letters relating to appraisal.

Talent and Organization Developmen:

  1. To develop, revamp and improve HR policies, procedures and formats related to all functions of HR according to the instructions of Div. Head HR / Div./BU management and CHRO.
  2. Perform analytical studies and develop HR related reports
  3. Developing employees' career paths, TDPs, and succession plan by knowing their career aspirations and career histories.
  4. Developing, implementing and managing overall rotation plan

Project Management:

Ensure staff is equipped with the requisite knowledge; Identify training requirements to develop subordinates; Manage performance of direct reports through objective setting, continuous support and feedback, and formal appraisal; Assist in performance management of indirect reports; Handle administrative issues/requirements including recruitment, leaves, grievances etc.; Provide guidance to employees for their development and career planning; and coach staff; Create synergies and ensure seamless interaction between teams; in order to build and retain a proficient, motivated, knowledgeable and highly effective team.

SAP / HRIS Management & HR Operations:

  1. Develop and implement HR tactical and operational plans with Head HR; Provide general directions for operations and assure timely execution. Maintain effective Employee Relations and handle grievances & disciplinary issues; Maintain consistency in administering policies and procedures to ensure employees treatment
  2. Generate reports from SAP / HRIS and ensure accuracy of data and reports.
  3. To collect updated information for the current month for the submission of various reports.
