Diversified experience of Engineering, Techno-commercial Proposal Preparation EPC Projects of Renowned Local & Foreign Oil and Gas Companies. Ensure timely preparation of proposals which are cost effective, comprehensive, technically, and commercially viable and in accordance with the requirements of the client.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proposal preparation, Cost estimation, Development of project charter and budgets, Project planning & controlling, Engineering & Procurement management, Project reporting, Risk management, Contracts management, construction/fabrication management.
• Undertake preparation of bids and contracts offered, ensuring technical completeness, fulfilling requirements of the engineering standards and that they are according to the company standard formats and strategies for preparation of a technically sound and competitive proposal.
• Ensure that all possible risks are identified, and necessary safeguards are built in the proposal to cover the company for long term liability issues.
• Ensure complete understanding of the inquiry document/ITB and assign work properly to various departments for getting correct and timely inputs.
• Undertake gathering of data for resolution of all technical & engineering issues requiring clarification pertaining to ITB so that proposal document prepared is without ambiguity.
• Ensuring compilation of all types of costs, including engineering, procurement, and construction, in time for preparation of the proposal budget according to the deadlines.
• Assist in verification of suppliers and vendor quotes to ascertain technical & commercial viability so that correct equipment specifications & costs are built into the proposal budget.
• Ensure availability of adequate time for the management to review the proposal document thoroughly and approve pricing strategy.
