This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with corporate Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, and to provide support to contract managers across the Division to make timely and correct contractual decisions / actions. Provide guidance, training and best practice sharing, to support contract managers.  Support in contract / claim negotiation with Clients; liaison with central Legal to align involvement, to advise on the claims management function, to oversee the contract management process and document management, to identify issues that could potentially result in litigation, to support Business Units in disputes/arbitration cases. Knowledge of planning tools like Primavera and forensic schedule analysis shall be an added advantage.
