Taimur is currently serving as the Division President for Manufacturing at Descon Engineering.

In his most recent position, he served as the Chief Strategy Officer for Descon Engineering. Prior to this position Taimur joined Descon in the Chemicals Business area in 2010 in which his last assignment was Chief Executive Officer for Descon Oxychem Limited and Descon Chemicals Limited both publically listed companies. Taimur has had a professional career of over 2 decades, in the areas of Industrial Gases Molecules, Industrial Chemicals and Engineering Businesses. He has worked domestically and in international roles in the areas of Business Development, Marketing, Operations and Strategy.  Taimur has two Bachelor degrees from USA and Pakistan in the subjects of Marketing and Commerce.  Prior to joining Descon he had a span of 15 years in Linde with assignments in Sales, Marketing, Operations and managing of Key Strategic Accounts.

Throughout his career, Taimur has held positions that have played a significant role in leading expansion into new markets, both domestic and overseas.
