Our internship programs are designed to provide students with the opportunity to work on meaningful short term assignments and gain practical experience. We offer 6 to 8 weeks internship to students of penultimate and final year from Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, HR, Commerce or other academic disciplines in line with the business of our Company.

Our Summer Internship Program entails a 6 to 8 weeks training in the months of June to August, where young students join Descon to complete their credit hours, required by their university degree program.

The Year Round Internships are offered for 6 to 8 weeks according to the academic specialization of the interns. This can be at any part of the year. Such an internship provides a sound experience base to students who may become a part of the Company’s workforce or contribute towards the Organizational success.
