We successfully handled a number of large power projects, both thermal and hydel, and are the preferred contractor for renowned clients like, Enelpower, NEM, Deutsche-Babcock, Siemens, Stein Industrie, Alsthom, Ansaldo, MHI, IHI, JGC, SkodaExport, Balcke-Durr, Fuji Electric, Mitsui, Dominion-Bridge Sulzer, SEWA (Sharjah Electric & Water Authority) and WAPDA (Water & Power Development Authority, Pakistan).

We executed power projects with a total capacity of approximately 10,000 MW. Our services are available in Pakistan, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

We are also representative of leading manufacturer for reciprocating gas and diesel engines based company called MWM (Formerly known as Deutz Power Systems) from Germany, known for decentralized power plants up to approximately 50-60 MW captive / independent power plants.

Descon has also signed Pakistan’s first 50 MW wind power plant in February 2010 in collaboration with Nordex Germany. This is a major breakthrough, which will redefine the road map for upcoming power plants in wind energy.
