GETP is not merely hiring and grooming the high academic achievers but building onto their technical base achieved at their respective Universities and Alma Maters. The essence of this program is to foster Descon core values in the young flag bearers and to nurture our future leaders who are well-equipped with the competence and confidence to take on increasing levels of professional responsibility and excellence.

In addition to the technical aspects of the field, these extensive learning plans consist of classroom trainings comprising of a variety of management courses that focus on leadership, soft skills, project management systems and other customized softwares used at Descon. The program also imbibes on-the-job training where these young technical graduates have field visits to different Descon sites, Manufacturing workshops and offices.
