At Descon, our purpose-built, result oriented and thoughtfully designed training programs are the cornerstone of our graduate programs, be it for the young engineers or other young graduates from different disciplines.

Candidates in our graduate training program gain the superior ability to manage diversity in a fast paced and highly professional team environment. Upon successful completion of these extensive training programs, our well trained young professionals are placed in local and overseas business areas, in various departments, for a minimum of two years and are expected to move on fast track career paths.
