2004: Dawchem Industries (Pvt) Ltd acquired Nimir Resins Ltd
2006: Dawchem Industries (Pvt) Ltd renamed to Descon Chemicals (Pvt) Ltd
2010: Descon Chemicals (Pvt) Ltd merged with Nimir Resins Ltd
2010: Nimir Resins Ltd renamed to Descon Chemicals Ltd

2004: Descon Peroxide (Pvt) Ltd formed
2006: Descon Peroxide (Pvt) Ltd renamed to Descon Oxychem (Pvt) Ltd
