Description of Works:	Civil, mechanical and E&I works. Civil works covering piling, fabrication of mechanical equipment and steel structure and erection of the New Cement Plant including the erection of all plant, machinery and equipment, mechanical and electrical equipment and instrumentation steel structure, refractory, cladding/insulation and painting works as well as procurement of steel items, provision of manpower for cold testing, performance testing and commissioning works.
