Work is carried out according to international standards including ASME, BS, DIN, API, TEMA etc. Full consideration is given to maintaining a safe work environment and to comply with specified safety procedures. An effective documented Quality Control System ensures that the products are manufactured according to specifications and code. This function implements procedures starting from design, raw material selection, welding procedures, qualification of welders to the final inspection/testing stage.

This facility is approved by American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) qualified to carry out S, U, U2, PP, A & R stamped jobs. It has also acquired R-stamp from National Board of Boilers and Inspection (NBBI) thereby becoming an approved facility to execute repair jobs of ASME coded vessels. CE Marking for export to European countries are also in place.
