• B.E Mechanical with minimum 15-20 Years experience in a similar role. The successful candidate must have a proven track record in Turnaround or Shutdown projects. Must have understanding & practical experience of gas plant/refinery equipment maintenance & turnaround planning, Should have good exposure of budgeting and resource management, excellent communication and strong leadership skills to lead a large team of different nationalities.

• B.E Mechanical/Electrical with minimum 15-20 Years of hands on experience in Local & International Procurement, Warehousing, Sub-Contracting, Logistics etc in Oil & Gas, Fertilizer, Refineries, Petrochemical, Power Plant and Process Equipment Manufacturing. Must have sound Interpersonal and Negotiation skills.

• B.E Mechanical/Electrical with minimum 15-20 Years of experience of filed construction in mechanical works with proven leadership & entrepreneurial skills. Motivate construction team, Ensuring cost effectiveness and work progress to deliver the output as per schedule, Ensure implementation of Descon’s integrated project management systems and related procedures at the site.

• B.E Mechanical/Electrical with minimum 12-15 Years of diversified experience in the field of Procurement in EPC environment in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power or Fertilizer sector. Conversant with procedures and standards for international procurement. Incumbent must have exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

• B.E Mechanical with minimum 12-15 Years of experience in Project Management of Pressure Vessels/Boilers/Heat Exchangers etc. Experience in Procurement Planning, Material Management, Cost & Budget Management and Business Development will be an added advantage.

• B.E (Mechanical / Metallurgy) with minimum 12-15 Years of experience in the field of QA/QC, with at least 03 years in a leading Position. The candidate should ideally have relevant experience of Plant Construction & Maintenance in Oil & Gas, Fertilizers, Power Plants and Petrochemical Sector.

• B.E Mechanical/Electrical with minimum 12-15 Years of working experience on large mechanical construction projects (Oil& Gas, Petrochemicals etc). Must be well versed with Primavera Project Planner, MS Office.

• Team Lead Production Planning (PP) Preferably MBA-MIS or MS in related discipline from a reputed institution. Experience of at least 4 complete life cycle implementations in Engineering, Manufacturing or related industry. SAP certification in Production Planning will be an added advantage.


• Team Lead Quality Management (QM) Preferably MBA-MIS or MS in related discipline from a reputed institution. Experience of at least 4 complete life cycle implementations in Engineering, Manufacturing or related industry. SAP certification in Quality Management will be an added advantage.


• SAP ABAP Consultant ABAP Consultant required with Minimum Bachelors degree in Computer Science / Management Information Systems or equivalent experience having 3+ years of progressive experience in ABAP programming. Should be proficient in designing and implementing a variety of different types of ABAP solution, which can include such objects as Interfaces, Smart Forms, SAP Script, BADIs, User/field exits, LSMW, reports, dialog programming, Web Dynpro and Enhancements. Hand on experience of Adobe Interactive Forms, SAP Workflow, other SAP Netweaver components or ABAP integration with them (e.g. BI, PI, Business objects, RF Integration, ALE, IDOC, Java, HTML, XML) will be an added advantage.
